BACKGROUND
Born and raised in the Houston area, Bobby Gillaspy was surrounded by music from his musical family to the rich southern blues and gospel that south Texas is known for. From early on he began his classical training playing the violin and piano, and later on the cello, guitar and bass guitar. While performing and writing/ghost writing with artists and bands, it gave Bobby the impetus to start on a new path---writing for film and t.v.
LOOKING FORWARD
As Bobby Gillaspy has always enjoyed writing and working on others projects, he has recently been writing for placements in film and t.v. Living in Southern Arizona, he says that "the weather and views of the mountainous landscape continue influencing me to write more. Especially during the monsoon seasons, thus inspiring the website name. -RS
